Stephen Petasky – Founder & CEO
Stephen is the founder and CEO of The Luxus Group. He acts as the managing partner for all Luxus Developments’ projects as well as Luxus Vacation Properties. Honored as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40, Stephen is an active community member and former trustee of the Stollery’s Children Hospital Foundation.
Jonathan Lawrence – Managing Partner
Jonathan leads Luxus Developments and the New York Office. He oversees all aspects of the development projects. Prior to joining Luxus, Jonathan was a management consultant with Bain & Company. Jonathan received his MBA, with distinction, from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
Francesco Cortonesi – General Manager, Luxus Restorations
Francesco has a long history in ruin restoration – more than two decades and leads all aspect of the business administration for Luxus Restorations in Tuscany and works in close liaison with the US Office and Canada Office. He coordinates all local relations not limited to legal, city, accounting but also concierge services and provides construction administration for all restoration projects.
Kevin Chang – Senior Associate, Design & Development
Kevin oversees all aspects of design development, project coordination and construction management. Prior to joining Luxus, Kevin was an Assistant Development Manager with New Empire Corp., and a Development Associate with Avery Hall Investments. Kevin received an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B Arch. from the Pratt Institute.
Nicole Dwyer – Sales & Travel Coordinator
Nicole oversees all sales and travel coordination specific to our villas in Italy. Nicole has been with Luxus for over 12 years and has extensive knowledge and expertise in everything from travel to high end luxury itinerary planning and execution. Her passion for people and relationship building has allowed her to excel in many roles within Luxus over the years. Nicole completed her Business & Marketing Degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Fulvio Di Rosa – Restoration Architect & Engineer
Fulvio Di Rosa, an award-winning architect has spent the last three decades bringing life back to rural farmhouses and abandoned Tuscan hamlets. His dedication to authenticity knows no bounds. A recent project, Borgo di Vagli, took over 10 years to restore. Mr. Di Rosa believes that in a restoration, the architect takes on a unique role. Rather than showcase one’s own ideas, the restoration architect allows the original methodologies and materials to lead the way, uncovering the ideas of the past.
Marco Grillo – Photographer & Videographer
Marco Grillo specializes in real estate, interior and commercial photography and have been a valuable member of Luxus Restorations documenting every key milestone of the process. Specialized in lighting technique, part of his training in cinema school in Nice, Marco has developed a keen eye for capturing the details – through a careful composition of color, light and tone – allow viewers to be transported.
